Learn Hindi Language tutorial -  Education - is based around reading Hindi newspapers and developing the language skills and vocabulary needed for following current affairs in major Hindi language daily newspapers.

Topic 1. Self-service organizations should help spread education



शिक्षा प्रसार मे स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं योगदान दें।

भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री ने स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं से शिक्षा प्रसार मे अपनी निर्धारित भूमिका निभाने का आग्रह करते हुये कहा कि उनको इस क्षेत्र मे निवेश से ज्यादा योगदान देना चाहिये । गैर सरकारी संगठ्नो द्वारा शिक्षा मे निभायी गयी भूमिका की सराहना करते हुये प्रधानमन्त्री ने कहा कि जवाबदेही, पारदर्शिता और वित्तीय प्रबन्धन संबन्धी शासन से जुडे मुद्दे भी उनके लिये जरूरी है।

Note.
Education in India is primarily provided by Government of India. Non-profit organizations and charitable trusts also help spread education in some regions.

Translation.
Insisting on fulfilling the assigned role of non-profit organisations in spreading education, the prime minister said that these organisations should contribute more than just investments. While praising the role played by non-government organisation in education sector, the prime minister said that accountability, transparency and financial management in matters related to administration (of NGOs) are also necessary for them.

Topic 2. Students in Singapore Learning Hindi language



हिन्दी सीख रहे है छात्र सिंगापुर में।

हिन्दी सीखने वाले छात्रो की संख्या सिंगापुर में लगातार बढती जा रही है। भाषा विभाग के अनुसार हिन्दी सीखाने वाले चार केन्द्रो और 32 अन्य स्कूलो मे प्राइमरी से लेकर जूनियर कालेज स्तर 2000 छात्रो के लिये हिन्दी की कक्षाये चलाई जा रही है।

दो भारतीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्कूलो के छात्र भी यहा हिन्दी सीख रहे है।

Note.
There are a large number of people of Indian origin residing in Singapore for whom Hindi language is a way to connect back to India.

Translation.
In Singapore, number of students learning Hindi is continuously increasing. According to department of languages, Hindi classes are being conducted for 2000 students in four centres imparting Hindi learning and 32 other schools from primary to junior college level.
Students in two Indian international schools here are also learning Hindi.

Topic 3. Private Sector In Higher Education In India



उच्च शिक्षा मे निजी क्षेत्र को कर छूट और मुफ्त भूमि

अब सरकारी संसाधनो के भरोसे ही सरकार उच्च शिक्षा की राह तय नही कर सकती, लिहाजा इस क्षेत्र मे निजी क्षेत्र की भागीदारी अपरिहार्य हो गयी है।

राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक योजना व प्रशासन संस्थान (नीपा) ने इसे महसूस करते हुये उच्च शिक्षा मे निजी क्षेत्र को बढावा देने के लिये करो मे छूट और अनुदान मे भूमि देने की सिफारिश की है। साथ ही उसने शिक्षा के ब्यवशायीकरण को रोकने के लिये तत्काल जरूरी कानून बनाने की भी सिफारिश की है।

Note.
Government of India is encouraging private sector parties to participate in improving the higher education facilities within the country to cater to its growing number of talented young students.

Translation.
Government can not decide the path to higher education on the strength of government institutions alone, hence participation of private sector in this field becomes unavoidable.
Realising this fact, National Education Planning and Administration Institute has recommended relief in taxes and grant of land to encourage private sector in higher education. Alongside, it has also recommended to immediately make necessary rules to stop commercialisation of education.

Topic 4. Bill Gates Agrees To Establish An I T University In Hyderabad, India



बिल गेट्स हैदराबाद मे आई टी विश्वविद्यालय खोलेगें

माइक्रोसाफ्ट संस्थापक बिल गेट्स हैदेराबाद मे सूचना तकनीकी एवं विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना करेगे। विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना पर 7 से 10 अरब रूपये का खर्च आयेगा।

राज्य सरकार ने विश्वविद्यालय बनाने के लिये गची बावली क्षेत्र मे भूमि देने की पेशकस की है जहां माइक्रोसाफ्ट और इन्फोसिस जैसी कंपनियो के कार्यालय पहले से मौजूद है।

Note.
Microsoft corporation and its founder Mr Bill gates has been  associated with India for a long time now. The new initiative is likely to further improve it's ties with Indian professionals.

Translation.
Microsoft founder, Bill Gates will establish an university of information technology and science in Hyderabad. Rs. 7-10 billions are projected to be spent on establishing this university.
The state government has proposed to provide land to build the university in Gachhi bavali area where companies like Microsoft and Infosys already have their offices.
