Certificate Courses in Hindi and Diploma Course in Hindi

The Central Hindi Directorate, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India is engaged in propagation and promotion of Hindi.
In this connection the Department of Correspondence Courses of the Central Hindi Directorate has been conducting Certificate Courses in Hindi and Diploma Course in Hindi for the benefit of Non-Hindi speaking persons residing in India and abroad, through the medium of English, Tamil, Malayalam and Bangala; and the Advance Diploma in Hindi is through Hindi Medium.

Nice article. Languages in India should be given importance especially Hindi.The correspondence courses can play a major role in balancing the deficit. Today sikkim manipal university(http://www.smude.edu.in) has contributed siginificantly for the growth of distance education in India.
